What we built
VoyaBear is a consumer travel app that combines destination discovery with AI-powered itinerary generation. Users build their personal travel bucket list, explore curated collections (UNESCO sites, 7 Wonders, beaches), and generate a full day-by-day trip plan in under 10 seconds — personalised to their travel style. We owned the full product: design, engineering, backend, and app store submission.
The challenge
Travellers wanted a smarter way to discover destinations and plan trips, but existing tools were either too generic or too complex. The founder needed a full consumer app — designed, built, and shipped to both app stores — fast.
Our solution
We built VoyaBear end-to-end: a bucket list manager combined with an AI itinerary generator. Users answer a few questions about their travel personality and receive a personalised, day-by-day trip plan. Shipped to iOS and Android.

A home feed surfaces destinations by collection — UNESCO sites, 7 Wonders, beaches, trending now. Users bookmark places to their personal bucket list with a single tap.
AI itinerary generation
Users answer a short questionnaire about their travel style, pace, and interests. The AI produces a full day-by-day itinerary with named stops, recommended times, and personalised notes — in under 10 seconds.
Interactive trip map
Every itinerary renders on an interactive map with numbered stops, day-based filters, and a card carousel. Users can switch between map and list views at any point.
Personalised notes
Each stop includes an AI-generated personal note explaining why that place suits the traveller's stated preferences — creating a genuinely individualised experience rather than a generic list.
